When moving to Cranberry Twp. from Hbg. in 2002, we went through 3 agents before we came in contact with Chuck. We spent numerous days in 90 degree weather touring properties. After looking at 40+ properties He found us a beautiful home in Cranberry Twp. where we still reside. In 2011, my in-laws needed to sell their home in Butler. We again went to Chuck for help in this venture. He truly helped to resolve selling this home and we greatly appreciate his hard work on our behalf and I am sure the rest of his clients.

We used Chuck and his team for both listing our home and for the purchase of our new home. Chuck worked with us closely, and during the selling phase he and his team educated us on the different aspects of real estate, which made the process so much easier to understand. I was out of town seller and Chuck's staff was very accessible, helpful, and concise in getting things done to make the sale effortless. Chuck's support staff was able to arrange for contractors to get the work done prior ot the sale. Chuck was personally available on weekends and holidays. Totally responsive to the myriad of questions that popped up regarding the inspections, the work to be done on the house, and the paperwork. Chuck has a systematic approach to selling which means that there is NO DOWN TIME. His office runs 24/7. His systematic process means that he doesn't leave anything to chance. He removes the questions, guesswork which means nothing is left to chance. No wonder he continues to be a leader in the industry. His marketing materials, presented at the first meeting, and the plan that he uses that includes social media, make the property much more accessible. The social media efforts meant that the targeted buyer was reached in record time. During negotiations, which were very brief, because of his expertise in recommending a selling price that would move the house not let it sit, idle, through the winter months, meant that at the time of negotiations on the offer, there really wasn't much to say or do. Because he is a realist, his line of thinking is totally aligned to the market not to emotions. And because of his past track record of success in the market, and being a market leader, he knows the market exceptionally well. He is aware of the market, has his finger on the pulse of the local market and brings that knowledge, immediately, to the table. Having said that, he is personable, has a great sense of humor, is a great listener, and is very compassionate. He was very accommodating of my schedule, and of the wishes of my family in getting through this difficult period. Great job from Chuck and his team! I highly recommend him to anyone in the Butler area.

Chuck did an excellent job working with us to get our home sold. He also made things very convenient for us when we had moved out of state. He gave us great advice before we listed the house on making some changes and overall made our selling experience wonderful!! I had just changed jobs, moved to Butler (an unfamiliar town), it was the middle of tax season, and I and my pets were staying with a friend. As an accountant, my free time was next to zero in terms of viewing potential homes. Chuck and his team worked around my overloaded schedule to help me find the perfect home in a short amount of time. I was able to sign documents electronically and communicate by email when conventional methods were not feasible. They made the whole buying experience much easier than what I had encountered in the past. Chuck is very knowledgeable of the Butler area because he is a native and current resident. After describing to him what I was looking for, he was able to quickly compile a list of homes that matched my criteria. Should I again need the services of a realtor, I will definitely call Chuck and his Prudential team.
